"For the community of Blayney, come and get tested if you have any signs and symptoms, don't hesitate and delay," said the chief executive of Western New South Wales Local Health District, Scott McLachlan.
"This is a crucial time for all of us, right across our communities, not just these locations.
"We know that our regional cities are a hub for a number of things with people travelling in and out of the community on a regular basis."
TESTING LOCATIONS:
Currently testing is available by calling the Blayney Multipurpose Health Service on 6368 9000 and is appointment only.
Alternately it is permitted to travel into Orange or Bathurst at either the Bathurst clinic on Mountain Straight, Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit, or at the Orange clinic at 113 Moulder St, Wade Park Sports Ground for testing.
Neither of these venues require appointments.
If visiting either of these clinics it's important that you return immediately home and self isolate according to the instructions given to you by those on duty.
CONTACT SITES:
Due to delays in contact tracing currently there are no known contact sites in Blayney.

Speaking on Wednesday, Western NSW Local Health District chief executive Scott McLachlan said the person later presented themselves at Orange Hospital after making the journey.
"We became aware from a patient that came to our emergency department in Orange that they'd travelled all the way from Dubbo to Orange knowing that they were infectious and potentially putting other lives at risk," he said.
"It's a matter police are following up at the moment. It's an incredibly concerning sign that people are willing to leave isolation, come out knowing that they are infectious and putting lives at risk every day of the week.
"Can I urge everyone, if you've got COVID, I know it's a scary time but all of the support is going to be there for you, in the home and with people around you to help you through this. Please take that time to stay away from everyone, don't put other lives at risk and we'll help you through this time."
