Since the current lockdown commenced the supermarket has navigated the expectations and demands of a community that is now facing the reality of two new positive COVID cases being identified, taking the total now to three.
Owner Joe Bernardi said that data showed that Blayney's shoppers are abiding by the stay-at-home rules.
"We saw a light downturn in sales on Monday in comparison to the previous week," he said. "We believe that our customers are sticking to the Stay At Home rules, and are only coming out shopping when necessary."
Overall the supermarket has seen an increase in foot traffic Mr Bernardi said, courtesy of people not travelling to Orange or Bathurst. There has also been no evidence of people hoarding produce he said.
"We are seeing a similar product selection to normal, and would like to reassure our customers that we have plenty of stock available. We see no need to return to the panic buying that we saw last year," he said.
The staff are at the frontline of any disputes with customers, and Mr Bernardi said that overwhelmingly both sections had been amazing.
"Our staff are doing an amazing job," he said.

"Retail workers are serving on the front line during the pandemic to ensure that our communities have all the essential groceries that they require, so please be kind!
"In the main, our customers are doing everything asked of them, and we would like to thank them for following the rules that will ultimately keep other customers and our staff as safe as possible."
Mr Bernardi wanted to reassure the community that they have not had any contact from NSW Health to indicate that the positive cases had visited the supermarket.
"If the positive case did visit the supermarket, we want to assure the Blayney township that we have extensive procedures in place to be able to keep our doors open, safely."
