Ray White Emms Mooney director Pat Bird said the business operates in Oberon, Bathurst, Blayney, Cowra and Molong.

"We've been operating in all these markets and areas for 10 years now and Orange fits into that, it's right in the heart of our area," he said.
Mr Bird said Ray White Emms Mooney was already working in the rural property market in and around Orange so when the opportunity buy into the residential franchise came up they embraced it.
Although the business is not shut, refurbishment of the agency building and rebranding is under way with more announcements to come in the new year.
