Staff were given a choice of an Akehurst family pie or a family sized quiche with a salad, and the smiles on their faces when they finished their shifts on Friday said it all.

With the fresh baked goodies in hand the staff were well-prepared for the weekend.
Like the assistance that CVO has been giving staff at Orange base hospital, acting general manager, Aaron Brannigan said that CVO wanted to extend the support and appreciation to the Blayney Multipurpose Service through sponsoring meals provided by Akehurst Bakery.
"The health and safety of our people and the community is of greatest importance and we'd like to thank our local health care workers for the very important role they play in keeping our community safe and healthy, particularly during these unprecedented times," he said.
