Dine out in Blayney for free with Dine and Discover vouchers

An additional two Dine & Discover vouchers will soon be available to Blayney shire residents and people across New South Wales as the state gradually reopens.

The additional vouchers include one additional $25 voucher for dining out, and another $25 voucher for recreation and entertainment.

Although the recreation and entertainment vouchers are difficult to use in Blayney, the dine -in vouchers are the perfect way to support our pubs and restaurants.

In Blayney the following venues accept the vouchers:

  • The Exchange Hotel
  • The Royal Hotel
  • Hang Sings
  • Ironbark Espresso
  • Nellie's CafĂ©

In the villages there are:

  • Royal Hotel Carcoar
  • Millthorpe Providore
  • Commercial Hotel Millthorpe
  • Gladstone Hotel Newbridge

Premier Dominic Perrottet said during an early morning press conference that the Dine & Discover vouchers had been an incredibly successful and positive use by close to 5 million people across the state.

"So today we are doubling down to make additional $25 vouchers," he said. "We know these vouchers have injected millions of dollars into the New South Wales economy.

"They've been incredibly successful and popular from Ballina to Balmain, from Byron to Broken Hill. People right across the state have gone out and used these vouchers, and importantly, spent more."

The extra vouchers will appear on the Service NSW app in time for summer dining or can be delivered to those without a smartphone.

It mean that every adult will have been given access to six vouchers, worth a total of $150, since the scheme was introduced in March.

People have until June 2022 to spend them.

The extra vouchers will cost the Government a further $250 million.
