Blayney is quite a attractive town to drive into and parking as it now stands as part of the attraction for tourists but lack of outdoor eating areas is a big opportunity missed.

I understand that we only have a narrow window for outdoor eating but you only have to look at the park at the end of the main street to know that this is an important part of our culture.
I personally feel that the grassed area at the side/front of the council chambers is a missed opportunity for outdoor eating and obviously more signage from local eateries wouldn't go astray.
Our parks and gardens always looks cared for and inviting.
Maybe council grants for shop openers for beautification of shop fronts and the railway end an upgrade on the grassy area would be beneficial.
I don't believe narrowing the main street will be beneficial to anyone, especially our businesses.
