It didn't help that Millthorpe were dropping balls that a toddler could catch, but Canowindra were able to capitalise on these errors and notched up a mighty 186 runs.
There must have been extra red cordial in Canowindra's drinks because it was in the second stanza that they supercharged their attack and racked up 118 of their runs.

When Millthorpe rocked up to bat Canowindra's voiceboxes were hoarse after numerous successful and unsuccessful appeals.
Millthorpe's opening line up was knocked down like skittles, however they're number 10 Adam Clark, who also had a ripper of a day bowling, top scored with 36 not out.
Lyndhurst was given short shrift in their minor semi-final against Country with a solid batting performance allowing last year's premiers to easily clean up the somewhat disappointing batting performance of our local team.
Country was 6 for 128 after their 40 overs and Lyndhurst struggled to get even halfway there, scoring only 56 and being all out in the 29th over.

Winner goes on to play Canowindra.
