It was one of the last of shows in NSW before the pandemic shut them all down, and it looks as though the Blayney Show will be one of the first to open the gates for 2021.

Show society president Phil Nankivell said that despite other show societies across NSW cancelling their shows, planning for Blayney will continue.
"At this stage we're continuing the organisation of the show as normal,' he said.
"It's only six weeks away and with the Royal Sydney Easter Show to be held in April we're confident that we will be able to hold it."
News that other shows around NSW have been cancelled comes as no surprise to Mr Nankivell.
"I think that they're cancelling not because they're worried about the virus, it's just that it's quite difficult to run a show if you're doing it right when it comes to public safety," he said.
The show committee is meeting regularly to ensure that all the required rules and regulations will be met.
"It's going to be vastly different compared to other years," Mr Nankivell said. "But we're really working on what protocols we can put in place, things like separate entrances and exits for the dining room and halls."
The Blayney Show will be held on Saturday March 6.
