Central West Libraries in Manildra, Molong, Blayney and Canowindra are planning a staged re-opening from early June, but will provide limited services and access in the lead-up to a full opening.
Orange, Cowra and Forbes libraries will open, however, with restricted hours before a full-time reopening later in June.
