Owner of the Royal Hotel in Blayney Damon Taylor said that he would trial the takeaway menu for a while before making a final decision on its long-term viability.
"We're operating a smaller menu and we're doing so in order to keep the staff in a job," he said.
Business Adviser with Biz HQ Anthony Doyle said that businesses that adapt and show community leadership will survive the current situation.
"Restaurants in particular are what we call experiences, you go there for the food and the experience of eating out," he said.
"Now they have to move towards being home based businesses, providing something for their customers to either prepare or eat at home."
