So much so that she has been awarded fourth place in the Norman Lethbridge Award, a commemorative award named after the NSW State Committee's secretary and well-known stock and station agent, Norman Lethbridge.
Nominated by her Agriculture teacher Rachel Crofts at the end of 2019, Breanna said that coming in at fourth place was a complete surprise.
"I was shaking all the time during the interview, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without the help of all the teachers here at school," she said.
In particular Breanna said that working with her English teacher to get interview pointers and tips, and doing loads of research on the Angus breed, were the key to her success.
As part of the prize she will be travelling to the royal Sydney Show to receive her prize which includes a $350 cash prize as well as a twelve month membership to the Angus Society.
It's not only her love and knowledge of the Angus breed that helped her succeed, it is her community work that assisted.
"I have been going to Lee Hostel with my pony for a few years where the residents get to pet them, and also having them there for the fete," she said.
