Police said a 34-year-old man died in a single vehicle crash near Barry on Saturday afternoon and a 72-year-old motorcyclist died after coming off his bike near Mudgee.
Officers attached to Chifley Police District were called to Barry Road, Barry about 5pm on Saturday after reports a Nissan Navara had left the road and hit trees.
The vehicle had been travelling north-east at the time of the crash and police say a 34-year-old Blayney man, the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, died at the scene.

Chifley Police District officers still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
Earlier, officers from Orana Mid-Western Police District were called to Bylong Valley Way, Growee about 3pm after a motorcyclist and his bike were found beside the road.
Police said the 72-year-old rider had come off the bike and crashed into boulders.
He had suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Westmead Hospital, where he died shortly after 6pm.
Police have begun an investigation and are particularly interested in speaking with about five unknown motorcyclists who were also seen in the vicinity at the time of the incident.
