Health and Wellbeing Information Night - Sept 18
The correct information and support is the key to achieving real long-term health outcomes and this Wednesday September 18 there will be an information night at the Blayney Community Centre that will help dispel some of your health concerns and get some real advice on what's best for you, rather than the snake-oil peddled by many online 'experts'.
The sessions run from 6pm through to 7.30 and it's free to attend.
FREE GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
As well as the yoga class this Sunday, Kate Toole from CentrePoint will be running a Functional Bootcamp session on Wednesday September 18 at 10am.
