The highlight of the day came when the side's skipper Liam Henry was named under 18's player of the year.
Despite the first try going the Bears' way through Louis Nixon, it was the Saints' day as they stormed to a 30-12 victory.
Bears skipper Liam Henry paid Kudos to St Pat's saying "at the end of the day they were the better team".
"We had a good year, but there's not much you can do against a side like that."

- Bears skipper - Liam Henry.
Coach Ryley Oborn said that he was devastated by the result.
"We came out of the blocks fairly well and for the first 15 or 20 minutes I thought we were the better side up the middle, but a few errors crept in and they scored a couple of tries off those errors," he said.
Dropped balls on the second tackle, impatient plays, giving away penalties in defence, Oborn said that they all added up to what he described as one of the worst games the side had played in quite a while.
"The penalties just piggy-backed them up the field which didn't help us at all," he said.
Oborn though was full of praise for Liam 'Smiley' Henry who he said was well deserving of the player of the year award.
"It was an awesome effort from him and it was really well deserved as he put in all the hard work, and he's so good both on and off the field," he said.
'It's really rare that you get someone who's such a nice bloke, but so talented on the field as well.
"He's very humble about it all too."
Oborn is looking forward to now playing with his under 18's in the 2020 season when some of them move up to the first grade competition.
