When a team from Blayney comes up against teams from Parkes, Forbes and Dubbo you know that the pool that those teams can draw from are much larger than Blayney.

But what those teams don't have are a group of players that have almost grown up in the sport together and know each other's strengths.

The coach of the Division 2 Netball NSW Bing Lee West-Central West Regional League team, Kristine Hobby said that the side had played extremely well during last Sunday's matches against both Forbes and Dubbo in Orange.

"We expected that we would beat Forbes and Dubbo would be tough and to beat Dubbo was just a wonderful achievement," Hobby said.

The side will come up against Gilgandra, Parkes and Orange on March 24 in the next round of the competition and secretary of the club Kristy Bartley is confident that the club has the numbers to grow into the future.

"Blayney Netball have representative teams in the ages of 11’s, 12’s, 13’s, 14’s and 17’s that’s the most we have had in a few years!" she said.
