A MAN will appear in court on Wednesday charged with the domestic-related murder of another man near Parkes.
About 8pm on Tuesday, police were called to a property on Croft Street at Trundle, where they arrested a 25-year-old man, after receiving information about a stabbing.
A short time later, police attended a home on Long Street, where they located a deceased 50-year-old man with stab wounds.
The younger man was taken to Parkes Police Station and charged with murder.
He has been refused bail and appear at Parkes Local Court later on Wednesday.
The men are known to each other.

A MAN has died and another man has been arrested following a domestic-related stabbing.
About 8pm on Tuesday, September 11, police were called to a home on Long Street, Trundle, where they located a 50-year-old man with stab wounds.
He died at the scene.
A short time later, officers from Central West Police District arrested a 25-year-old man near Croft Street.
He was taken to Parkes Police Station where he is assisting with inquiries.
The men are known to each other.
