Part of the challenge is to get people to work together to achieve their health goals.
These goals can be anything from weight loss, drinking more water, lower blood sugar levels, a reduction in blood pressure, eating more healthily, learning to cook, getting in some exercise or joining a club or group.
Participants are encouraged to form, or join, any number of different teams to help keep each other motivated.
For instance you could form a team at your work place, and then join another team with a few close friends. Or form one with your extended family and join a sports club’s team.
The scoring system will be revealed on Monday night, August 28 at the Community Centre.
