Hamilton started off the best and went to a quick lead but Farr fought back very well in the early stages to keep things close after the first dozen ends to show everyone the young bowler was well prepared for a fight.
The young bowlers were playing some great and entertaining bowls but in the end Hamilton pulled away, with the help of his fourth bowl, for a comfortable but hard earned victory finishing 31 – 15.
Thank you to Craig Nixon for taking time out to mark their game.
Firstly congratulations to Dane Hamilton on becoming this years Club Champion.
This year was also his 3rd straight Singles Championship victory which is a huge achievement that has only been done once or twice in the club’s history and has not been done for over 20 years.
Secondly well done to Zack Farr who has proven himself to be a very mature, competitive and strong bowler.
