POLICE have recovered a Ford Focus stolen during a home invasion on Wednesday morning but its driver is still on the run.

Emergency services were called to a home on Guyong Road, Blayney following reports of a home invasion around 10.30am on Wednesday.
Police were told a man forced his way into a home and threatened its occupant with a gun.
The offender then stole a black Ford Focus, along with firearms, cash and other items.
On Thursday afternoon, police recovered the car in Hill Street, West Bathurst.
Chifley local area command duty officer Inspector David Abercrombie said the car had been seized by police for forensic examination.
Police are still searching for the driver, who is known to have contacts in the Central West. He is described as being of Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander in appearance, 175-185cm tall, medium build with a tan complexion.
