The facility received 44 out of a possible 44 outcomes in the assessment of the facilities and services offered.
Registered Nurse Care Manager Shirley Burridge said achieving the high standard is a credit to the people involved with Lee Hostel.
"It couldn't have been done without the residents, staff, management and board members," she said.
"Through the support of all involved, we have passed it".
The acknowledgement of the continuous improvement of the facilities at the Lee Hostel, was a major achievement for the team.
