Played in cold and windy conditions, the Rams defended very well to set up the win.
Blayney will now travel to Condobolin this Saturday to play for their chance to meet Molong in the grand final.
Blayney opened the scoring through Andrew Delaney when the Rams forwards were able to utilise their strong driving maul and march the Grenfell side 20 metres.
Delaney was able to plant the ball down amongst heavy traffic.
Brendan Newstead missed the conversion and Blayney led 5-0.
The Rams created numerous opportunities throughout the first-half but were unable to convert into points until Newstead slotted a penalty and gave Blayney an 8-0 lead which they took into half time.
After a bleak assessment from the coaching staff and senior players at half-time, Blayney started the second stanza with a great try to James Stanbridge after some individual brilliance from Newstead with a chip and regather.
Newstead converted and Blayney skipped to a 15-0 lead.
From this point on Blayney found it difficult to play any attacking rugby and were required to defend for extended periods.
When the Rams were able to get some ball outside their own 22, they often made poor choices or execution let them down.
Matt Iffland had a big game at fullback and often his clearing kicks saved the Rams from the relentless Panthers attack.
Andrew Delaney was impressive at hooker and worked hard all game.
Delaney's talk on the field is an integral part of the Rams team.
Blayney have a few injury concerns this week and will be hopeful that all players are available for Saturday's big clash.
Blayney will go into the game looking to make it five grand final appearances in a row.
