Blayney council general manager said no deadline date had been set for submissions on the plans.
The 27-page plan for Carcoar includes a potential river walking/cycle trail along the village's west and southern sides, new footpaths, village entrance signs, showground camping facilities, new bins and street trees.
The plan's 'wish list' costs $536,000 over 10 years, but does not include $350,000 to upgrade the village's main bridge.
Meanwhile, $216,000 is earmarked for spending on Lyndhurst in the next decade under its draft village enhancement plan, including $137,000 on new footpaths.
The plan notes there may be an "opportunity to capture passing traffic at the rest area" as people take a shortcut from Bathurst/Blayney to Wyangala Backwaters.
"With limited funding opportunities, the priorities for Lyndhurst ... may focus on landscaping/entrances/street trees to beautify the town and facilities to attract passing tourists to visit and potentially stay overnight," the report said.
Mandurama has $385,000 earmarked for its village improvements with footpaths also the big ticket item at $157,000, redesigns of intersections at Gold, Copper and Silver streets, as well as $30,000 to improve recreation, toilets and access facilities.
