Blayney junior rugby league are looking for volunteers at the ground to help service the players and their families.
“We will need as many helpers as we can get for that day to either help cook the barbecue or serve,” committee member Danielle Oresic wrote on the club’s Facebook page.
“Please let us know if you can lend a hand, even if it is for ½ an hour, or just pop into the canteen when you can.”
The under 12s lost against Lithgow Storm 32-16 and are no doubt hoping that the home town advantage my come into play this Saturday.
The under 12s match is at 10.50am against Panthers on field 2.
The under 16s mixed Blayney/Cowra side notched up a tidy 24-16 win against Mudgee last Saturday and will be hoping to copy that win against Panthers on field 1 at 3pm.
