Anzac Day plans across Blayney shire

Blayney Anzac Day Breakfast

The duty this year goes to the Exchange Hotel where the owner of Kelly’s Kitchen, Kelly Morrissey will be dishing out the warming goods to the RSL sub-branch members.

The dawn service starts at 6am at the Memorial Gates at Carrington Park, the breakfast is at 7am, march and wreath laying is at 11am and veterans are asked to form up outside the Catholic Church at 10:45am.

Neville Anzac Day service

The annual Citizen’s Commemoration Anzac Service will be held Sunday April 23 commencing at 11.00am at the Neville War Memorial Park.

At the conclusion of this service lunch will be provided at the Neville Hall and all are warmly invited.

Trunkey Creek Anzac Service

Trunkey Creek will be holding its Anzac Day service on Sunday the 23rd of April with the march starting in Main Street at 11am.

This year the oldest marcher, 99 year old Sam Westwood, will be travelling in a military vehicle.
