Blayney Probus Club is under new management for its 33rd year – or rather a slightly reshuffled management. At the recent AGM, Greg Hooper was elected as president, Lyn Cubitt continues as secretary, Ray Neely continues as treasurer, Peter Davies continues as public officer and Peter Pollard continues as auditor. Past president Terry Wright, Barry Cubitt, Jill Soo, Robert Thompson and Bill Burdett were also elected to the management committee.

Forty five members and guests enjoyed the changeover dinner at Bistro 121 at the Goldfield Motel for the induction of president Greg. Thanks to past president Terry Wright for his leadership and activities for the last year. We look forward to another interesting and rewarding year of fellowship for Probus members.
As his last official duty before handing over the chains of office, president Terry had the honour of inducting two new members – Robin Duce and Ben Lowe – into the fellowship of our club.
The Probus meeting April 20 will be at the normal time and place - 10am at the Blayney Uniting Church Hall. Guest speaker will be Blayney Rotary Club president Bill Burdett.
Retired from work – not from life. Probus does retirement better through keeping our minds and bodies active. New members are always welcome.
