Parents’ Club president Colby Sloane said it was the major fundraiser for the year, it pays for teaching aids like smart boards and resources plus playground equipment.
“Every class has a stall running an event like sumo wrestling or selling home-made gifts,” Mr Sloane said.
“It’s a great afternoon for kids. There’s live performances from the school’s choir and dance groups.
“We try to raise as much as we can for the school because it all goes back into helping the kids.”
As well as stalls there’s face painting, hot food, laser tag, a jumping castle and face-painting. The Parents’ Club’s raffle will be drawn on the day.
