Students at St Joseph's Primary School sported casual clothes and crazy hair on Tuesday as part of Catholic Schools' Week celebrations this week. The students donated $1 each for St Vincent De Paul Coonabarabran to help folks recovering from bushfires.

Colourful wigs, spray-dyed hair even spiders and worms affixed to hair were the fashion.
Yesterday the school heard ex-student Madeleine Ewin talk about her missionary experiences at Luurnpa Catholic School in Western Australia.
She also collected pre-loved football boots to take back to the Wirrimanu community.
The school has an 'open classrooms' day for parents and friends on tomorrow and next Tuesday, groups of students will sing for residents at Lee Hostel and the Uralba nursing home.
Catholic Schools' Week involves the communities of all 615 Catholic primary and high schools in NSW and ACT.
It aims to raise awareness and celebrate the strength and distinctiveness of Catholic schools.
