The club only holds two meetings each year and Saturday's meet will be a pipe opener for the Carnival of Cups meeting on Sunday March 4.
On Saturday the club will hold heats for Class 0 horses, with the final worth $5,000 at the carnival of cups meeting.
The cup meeting will be the second running of the Bill Soo Memorial, which will be worth $5,000 plus a cup and rug.
The Carnival of Cups will be the club's first ever TAB meeting that will go to air all over Australia.
The theme for the day is "Be Bright in Blayney" so race-goers are urged to wear bright colours on the day.
Prizes will be given for the best looking hat or hats which will take in the modern era or the early era.
Mini trots, trick riding, music, a jumping castle for the kids and a hat parade will keep every member of the family amused in between races
On both days, bookmakers will be betting on the local races plus the TAB betting on all race meetings in Australia.
Any businesses or residents interested in sponsoring a race is encouraged to contact Harness Racing Club President Max Kingham on 6368 2782.
The Harness Racing club has thanked Jill Soo and her family for their ongoing support.
"See you Saturday, good punting," Mr Kingham has told locals.
