Just like the motorbikes that he manhandles around the track, James Sawdy is gearing up for a big day of riding in Woodstock this Sunday.

The Australian 250cc Long Track Champion will be competing in over 12 races on Sunday and because they're all, but one, three laps long, the physical demands are real.
"The bikes weigh 100 kilograms so I've had to get into some serious training," he said.
One race is in the Le Mans style where all the riders have to run across to their bikes and then complete the necessary race.
The big race is the 10 lap 'Langy' named after John and Pauline Langfield and it's one he's really looking forward to.
"It's really physical and I need to see it as an endurance race and save my energy for when it's really needed," he said.
IN OTHER SPORT:
Usually Sawdy needs to travel to other towns to ride but at Woodstock he can kip in his own bed before the day's action commences.
"Riding at Woodstock is like having a home game as a footy team," he said.
"I know that the track won't change much and I'll pretty much know everyone there."
Not only is he gearing up his equipment, but he's also sharpening his social media profile as well launching a dedicated Sawdy #157 page on Facebook.
"It will allow people to check out what I'm doing without having to go through my personal account," he said.
"It will also be a place where I can thank my sponsors and supporters."
Racing starts at the Woodstock Park Speedway on Purcell Drive Woodstock at 10am.
