For 90 minutes on Monday night it was hard to distinguish just who was having the most fun at a special rugby training session at King George Oval.

The Millthorpe Mozzies were clearly enjoying the rough and tumble, even when a quick game of shirts vs skins was organised there were only minor complaints from the skins' side.

The two Waratah's players, lock Sam Caird and flanker Hugh Sinclair, relished setting the Millthorpe Mozzies through their paces and the club's president and under 12's coach Tim Jamieson was excited to see the two experienced players reinforcing the basics of the game.
"They talked about the importance of passing skills, team work and communication, all the things that we focus on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday," he said.
"When it comes from a different voice though the message seems to sink in a bit more."
The players ended the session with a giveaway of signed rugby footballs, a hat and signatures on every flat surface.
"The Waratahs signed everything from shorts to jumpers," he said.
