Once more the Blayney RSL Sub-branch is encouraging families to 'Light up the Dawn' at 6am in their driveways as they did last year.
IN OTHER NEWS:
President of the sub-branch Reg Rendell said there will be a dawn service at the Memorial Gates at Carrington Park at 6am as per usual, however the march at 11am will be a somewhat different affair than normal.
"The service members only will be marching from the car park behind council chambers at 11am then along Church Street and halting at the memorial gates," he said.
This year school children and community groups won't be able to participate due to continuing restrictions.
Also different will be the wreath laying procedures.
"If you wish to lay a wreath please place it on the Memorial Gates either before the Dawn Service or before the march at 11am," he said.
Please note that ex-service members are the only ones allowed to march.
MILLTHORPE: Service and march will commence 730am from Boomerang Street to Redmond Oval.
