Captain Dane Howarth said that the Crows played out of their skins on Saturday, and it wasn't just because of how cold it was.
"Everyone has been enjoying it so much that they've all really stepped up," he said.
Howarth said that both Ricky Scott and Ryan Simmons were stand out players during the competition.
The side had two relatively easy wins in front of the home crowd with both the Burrangong Bears and CSU Mungals being routed by the Crows.
"CSU is a good side," Howarth said, "But this week they couldn't field a full side so in the end they just ran out of puff."
The next step is the final series against the New Era Cup northern sides in Manildra on September 21, and again Howarth is feeling confident, although it's going to be a long, tough day.
"We play two games and if we win both of those we go into the final match. That's three games in one day," he said.
