For some working within a group helps to push them towards their goals, where for others the ideal is to have an independent plan to work with.
Now in its third year the Healthy and Happy Wellness Challenge is back and participants are being encouraged to work on their health challenge with the assistance of staff at CentrePoint Sports and Leisure Centre.
Be it to simply lose weight, drop a dress or shirt size, get more active, lower your blood pressure through exercise or to eat a more balanced and healthy diet, the next three months will provide you with the impetus and support that you need to get happier and healthier.
Blayney mayor Scott Ferguson said that the key to success is to keep yourself accountable.

A Health and Wellbeing Information Night will be held on Thursday 18 September from 6:00pm in the Blayney Shire Community Centre with information and health and fitness advice.
The Eight Week Multi Sport Challenge will be back after the October school holidays.
