They played a good game this week, braving the cold! Cody, Riley, Charlie and Jaxson getting in attacking the ball and Maddie doing a great job in defence earning herself player of the week!
Congratulations Maddie!Warriors Player of the week Maddie Matheson
The Wildcats played a very tough game today against Molong Hawks.
Wildcats walked off a little defeated today but played the best they could as alot of the team were not feeling 100 percent.
It is great to see Wildcats learning positions and rules as we continue to work on skills and building confidence.
Player of the day went to Lachie, well done. See you all at training on Tuesday at the high school and its nearly holidays again

Blayney u7 Jaguars.
A cool crisp start at redmond oval u7 jaguars took on the millthorpe stripes.
Jai was tremendous chasing the ball and at one stage scored jaguars a goal. Georgia must have really got a taste for running the ball up.
Dribbling through the pack of players into open space. Patrick helped round up the ball and had a few attempts at goal but was unlucky.
Jack took to the field bravely, he prevented a stripes attack blasting it sideways away from jaguars goals and he moved it further up the field.
Asher nearly ran his boots off going from the backs to the front of field and back again.
He went from stopping goals to trying to score them and again getting the ball off stripes.
For his hard work Asher earned the player of the week medal.

On a frosty morning at Kinross the Phoenix rose to a wonderful 5-0 victory..
This little team is coming along in leaps and bounds.. Lilly today had a first class game with some great tackling and passing and very nearly scoring a goal.
Ollie was his effervescent self and was everywhere and in everything. Myles started in goals and was keen to get in the action.
Lachie was full of running and let Kinross know he was there with some mighty tackles. Digby tried his heart out and controls the game nicely and was finally rewarded with a nice goal.
Rhys like Ollie adds so much enthusiasm and chases every ball and improves so much every week and he is so close to scoring. Phoenix player of the week Digby Oldam.
Beau who wasn't feeling well tried as hard as he possibly could and just never gives up.
Tayla had a absolute field day and chased every ball up front relentlessly harassing the Kinross defence. Scoring four goals in a match is a great effort congrats Tayla.
Digby scored the player of the week award for his never give up attitude.

Blayney Spirit under 9s played Waratah Rebels on their home ground on Saturday.
My little team was fired up ready to play. After a few positional changes because Rebels were down a player.
Andre started in goals with Casey and Hamish, Karter was in mid and Georgie and Archer up front, Lilly volunteered to be first sub.
Rebels came out firing and caught Spirits out of their positions and scored a very quick goal within the first two mins, that made Spirits pay close attention.
Archer and Georgie were amazing getting the ball down the field and had some very unlucky shots at goals.
Karter, Casey and Hamish were so formidable in defence and Andre was amazing calling to his team from the goals and he made a few amazing saves.
Rebels late player turned up so our little pocket rocket Lilly came on and lifted Blayney's spirits and they came together as a team and defended and attacked together.
2nd half Archer was in goal with Karter and Lilly, Hamish and Georgie in mid and Casey and Andre up front, Blayney had an absolutely incredible half.
Georgie and Andre were an amazing combo every time either one had the ball the other was there in support it was amazing to watch.
Andre had a few unlucky shots just going wide until he got his first and if it didn't go in Georgie was in the perfect position to get it in.
Casey, Hamish and Lilly were all in there not giving Waratahs a easy game, their defence was out of this world.
They all kept attacking the ball. Archer didn't get much chance to show off his goalie skills but he never lost attention and at one point a few players put their bodies on the line to save some goals, such dedication. Andre got our second goal and again Georgie was right there
Karter had a absolute blinder of a game he was attacking the ball and defending with all his might and he tried so hard not to give up the ball, I've never seen him so fired up and he was instrumental in our win, that is why he got player of the week.
Well done Karter and well done Spirits, it was a very hard fought win I'm very proud.

Blayney Glory u11s.
Straight from the kick-off it was clear that OAGS was going to attack from the left. It took Glory some time to adapt to the pressure and a few personal mistakes.
However, once Blayney settled in, we had a great game on our hands. The goals didn't give OAGS the expected momentum.
Instead Glory started to hold them out quite comfortably and build on some pressure themselves, attacking deep into enemy territory and getting a few shots off, winning a handful of corners and Matthew scoring a coolly taken tap-in after a great individual solo-run through the heart of the OAGS defence.
The Glory again showed they leave the best for after the break. Because after the break the only positional change was Aidan Hunter swapping out Harley in the goal, and Glory pretty much controlled the entire half. Aidan took to goals, looked solid as ever and had a few great saves.
Harley took his spot as striker and ran his legs off chasing every loose ball and combining with Matthew to setup Blayney's second goal; a rocket into the far corner.
And whereas the back line didn't change, the players certainly did. Nate held the centre with great determination.
Stirling worked out most danger came from the other end and helped the centre with some great clearing, playing by far his best half of the season.
And what a half Caleb played on right wing defence. Jayden in front of him played his role to a tick, sticking like glue to the OAGS speedy attacker but couldn't always hold him. But Caleb was there time after tome.
Caleb, with great follow-up passes to the midfield, found Aiden Burns, arguably the player with most mileage on the field.
Aiden popped up everywhere and was able to launch a number of strong attacks, one of which Matthew scored from with a magnificent chip over the goalkeeper from a long way out.
Sarah when subbed in controlled the midfield and managed to be a great pivotal player between defence and attack.
And the left wing was generally owned by Linkon who had some ups and downs, but managed to be a threat throughout the entire game.
Player of the week was Caleb with almost unanimous votes. Often concentration lets him down but, in this game, after a shaky start, Caleb was switched on and proved to be a very strong right-wing defender.
The Blayney Lions played against Cyms White this Saturday at Jack Brabham, the game unfortunately for Blayney was a very one-sided affair, but to Blayney's credit the Lions never gave up the game, and everyone on the team played well.
After a shaky start where Cyms put two goals away in the first five minutes Blayney started to defend much better and were able to hold out against the Cyms attack.
Emily, Riley, Liam Davis, Leyton and Jayden all did a wonderful job in the defence trying to keep the opposition from scoring and all the midfields Hugo, Neo, Sarah and Liam Eves did an excellent job of dropping back to help in defence. Levi in the first half and Kade in the second half, both saved countless goals.
Blayney wasn't on the defensive for the whole game, we managed many counter attacks and many times we were so close to scoring.
Braeden and Sarah in the first half had many opportunities but couldn't quite find the net, and Braden Mawbey had an excellent shot in the second half but hit the post.
Player of the week went to Jayden for his efforts on the field, he never gave up and did an excellent job when he was placed in the midfield and when he was in the backs.
