This Saturday there’s no need to drive all the way into Orange or Bathurst for your sausage on a slice of bread, because the Makhlouf family at Westside Petroleum are running a sausage sizzle and raffle to raise money for the Rural Aid / Buy a Bale campaign.

With the help of the store’s trade partners, they will be having six raffles of baskets full of donated Frucor, Stuart Alexander, Nestle, Pacific Optics, Repco, Parmalat, Unilever and Lions products, as well as schooner vouchers at the Exchange Hotel.
The all important sausages are being supplied by Robanco meats, and the bread by Akehurst bakery.
The fundraiser will start at 10am behind the store with sausage sandwiches being $3 each and raffle tickets costing $3 each, four for $10 or ten for $20. A sausage and raffle combo is $5.
