When previous owners Greg and Cheryl Mitchell decided to purchase Absolute Auto body in Orange, Joe and Holly decided to take on the business and make it their own.
“Greg and Cheryl are my aunt and uncle,’ Holly said, “So it’s kind of staying in the family.’

For Joe operating the shop as his own is distinctly different to how he began in the trade.
“I began my apprenticeship here in 2010 and after working in a few other shops I came back here as manager in May 2017,” Joe said.
With the drought in full swing, the pair have been flat out with one main type of repair.
“We have been getting in a lot cars that have hit kangaroos,” Joe said.
