Following in the footsteps of fellow Blayney Little Athletics star Cleo Dickie, the medium to long distance runner is keen to take on his competition.
“I race in events like the 800 metres to three kilometre races and Cleo said that it’s a pretty good competition,” he said.
What I’m really looking forward to is racing against other athletes that are at a similar level as me.

Selected from state athletics and combined high school competitions, Thomas is pumped more about the competition than he is the sight-seeing.
“We get to tour around the US before going to Canada and seeing a few sites, but what I’m really looking forward to is racing against other athletes that are at a similar level as me,” he said.
To help fund the trip to Canada, Blayney Little Athletics will be holding a trivia night on Saturday May 5 at the Blayney Community Centre. Contact Julie on 0423 097 851 to book a table.
