Event organisers are encouraging people to get involved by dressing up in period costume and there will be a prize for the best dressed. Make a day of it, bring the whole family and invite your friends. Wander the streets, experience the ambience of the historic buildings and peruse the market stalls. Enjoy the wonderful variety of food on offer, find a spot by the river and relax in the dappled shade on the Belubula's edge. It really is a day of fun for everyone.
Community Barbecue
To celebrate what is already shaping up to be an exciting year for Carcoar a community barbeque will be held in Kurt Fearnley Park on Friday January 12. Everyone is welcome to attend. BYO drinks and a plate for dessert. The event will kick off at 6pm.
