Mr Ingham, a graduate from TAFE NSW in Orange and employed by Hort Enterprises, will compete as an industrial mechanical millwright.
The Skillaroos will compete at the 44th WorldSkills International in Abu Dhabi in October.
The Australian team are ranked 12th in the world and will be aiming to finish in the top 10 later this year.
All of the competitors are aged between 19 and 22 and cover trades including bricklaying, patisserie and confectionery, heavy vehicle mechanics, hairdressing, landscape gardening, refrigeration and air-conditioning, carpentry, wall and floor tiling.
