The Molong Farm will be supplying the market with delicious bacon and egg rolls in true paddock to plate style.
Their bacon is cured by them, chemical free from their rare black Berkshire pigs.
Their eggs are all from the farm even the salsa is from their tomatoes.
The first market for 2017 is on this Sunday the 19th of February and organiser Dani Stonestreet said that old favourites will be back along with plenty of activities for the family.
“Kids entertainment will be provided by the helping hands of students from Blayney High School, who will be back as always with new and exciting activities for the little (or big) ones,” she said “Fairydust face painting will be at the markets too, creating works of art.”
Along with the Pitt and George Food Company with their popular slow proved breads, lemon tarts and relishes, Dani said that there will be other favourites and new comers.
“We have some favourite returning such as Dapper Chocolates providing scrumptious sweets that taste as good as they look.
Jed and Ginger, a newer stall holder will be back with their amazing soy melts and candles.
Janelli Nursery will be back with their spuds to stock up on – including their purple potatoes which are great to brighten up your summer salads.
Located at beautiful Carrington Park in Blayney from 8:30am until 12:30pm.
