Bruce Bradley’s father started racing back in the 60’s and his brother in the late 70’s and early 80’s, whilst Bruce started his career in the early 90’s.
Some say it was inevitable that both his children, Scott and Sarah, would jump behind the wheel too.
Scott, racing in the Series Production class, raced against some very skillful drivers and held his own against the other cars finishing on the podium at every race meeting but one. This consistency from Scott saw him win the Series Production Championship.
Bruce competed in the Second Drivers class. This was a hotly contested division with drivers coming from Sydney, Orange, Dubbo and Gilgandra to compete. Bruce also finished on the podium for all but one meeting, therefore allowing him to amass enough points to become the Second Drivers Champion.
Sarah, racing in the Junior class, started the season on a high with a clean sweep at the first meeting, winning all four of her races. Sarah’s excellent form continued throughout the year where she finished on the podium at every meeting she contested. Sarah’s consistent form saw her amass a huge amount of points and comfortably win the Junior Championship.
