At Headstart Early Learning Centre Clarendon, we are passionate about fostering encouragement and kindness! We are a 133 place Centre which provides quality programs in line with the new Early Learning Years Framework as well as a nurturing and engaging environment for our children to grow and develop. Our teaching philosophy is: Inclusivity for all children. We currently have a wonderful opportunity working 25 hours per week for an experienced, fully registered Early Childhood Teacher.

Headstart Early Learning Centre Clarendon is offering an exceptional candidate an Early Childhood Teacher role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About Us

At Headstart Early Learning Centre Clarendon, we provide care and education for children aged six weeks to twelve years and are open from 6:45 am to 6:00 pm.

Our childcare centre proudly offers a kindergarten/preschool program to ensure your child is supported for their transition to school every step of the way. With a focus on language, literacy, numeracy, social skills and more your child will become school ready.

In addition to quality educational programs, our playgrounds have been renovated and are looking amazing with many exciting new areas to explore. The child care centre also provides a bus service to and from school, nappies and all nutritious meals.

About You 

• You will be able to demonstrate an Early Childhood philosophy, supported by an age-responsive approach to teaching and learning,
• You will also share in our commitment to inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.

Successful Applicants must hold

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor or Masters of Education (Early Childhood)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Teacher’s Registration or eligible to apply
