Our client is a well-known wholesaler and distributor of quality tyres and wheels to the automotive markets, and have built a reputation of trust and specialisation among their national network of customers. They pride themselves on adding value and delivering an outstanding customer and consumer experience and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner to join their Brisbane-based head office.

About the role
Reporting through to the Business Support Manager, the demand planner is responsible for owning the demand planning and forecasting process for the business and inventory management. The demand planner also plays an integral part in the collaborative planning process and will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure the group's strategic focus and targets are met, whilst maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be a Demand Planner with a proven track record in a retail or wholesale environment. You will also have exposure to, and knowledge of, inventory planning processes and be able to influence business stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Experience using Netstock or other S&OP software would be advantageous but is not a prerequisite.
