Members of Blayney Red Cross have been busy preparing for their ‘getting ready for Christmas’ stall and raffle which will be held on Friday December 1 at Bernardi’s.

As well as a range of home-made produce, there will be Red Cross Christmas cards for sale and three terrific raffle prizes.
We’ll also have a basket of Trauma Teddies which will be free for the tiny tots.
This is our last fundraiser for 2017 and all proceeds will support the important humanitarian work of Red Cross.
We hope to see you there.
Salvation Army Toy Run
The annual Toy Run for the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal is on Saturday 2nd December.
Run by the Bathurst and District HOBOS and the Panorama Motorcycle Club, this year the two clubs are collecting toys as they roll through parts of the Blayney shire, stopping off at the following watering holes.
(Times are all approximates.)
- Neville Hotel – 11.00am
- Mandurama Hotel – 11.45am
- Royal Hotel Carcoar – 12.15pm
- Exchange Hotel Blayney – 1pm
Come along for a great day - the more the merrier.
Skateboarding Event – Free
Young people of Millthorpe and surrounds are welcome to come and try skateboarding no matter what their skills or just watch.
A free event will be held on Sun 3/12 from 9:30am to 1:30pm at the Millthorpe Skate Park on Boomerang Road.
Skateboards and helmets supplied, but you can byo.
To take part, you must register online at http://www.totemskateboarding.com/ or just before the event with the participants’ guardian signing an insurance waiver.
