Years ago the area around Pound Flat on the Belubula River in Carcoar was a mess of willows and weeds, but thanks to the hard work of the Carcoar Urban Landcare Group, that area has been transformed into a recreational space that neatly encompasses the natural heritage of the village and the surrounding area.
