With Transport for NSW starting work to reinstate Millthorpe as a stop for XPT services, they are undertaking the consultation process with the village’s community to develop a plan that maintains the look and feel of the location, while improving access to transport services.
This is a complex site, as the existing station and its surrounds are State Heritage, Sydney Trains and Blayney Local Environment Plan (LEP) listed.
On Monday November 20, representatives from Transport for NSW will be at the Millthorpe Corner Store, between the hours of 4pm and 6pm, to answer any questions residents may have on the project.
If you are unable to attend and would like to talk with the team, please call the Project Infoline on 1800 684 490 or email projects@transport.nsw.gov.au.
