There has been tremendous support from residents across Blayney and surrounding villages as week three of the Healthy and Happy Wellness Challenge gets into full swing.

276 individuals and 20 teams are taking on the community program and have been busy making changes to lifestyle, diet, exercise and are connecting in a positive way for better health outcomes.

A scorecard has been developed to provide some healthy competition and motivate participants on their wellness journey.

Over the next week we’ll be testing an app that teams can use to enter their activities.

Organisers have been impressed with the level of energy amongst participants and encourage everyone to keep up the great work.

A steady flow of photos to the @HealthyHappyWC Facebook page sharing successes and wins along the way which is an awesome way to showcase milestones.
