276 individuals and 20 teams are taking on the community program and have been busy making changes to lifestyle, diet, exercise and are connecting in a positive way for better health outcomes.
A scorecard has been developed to provide some healthy competition and motivate participants on their wellness journey.
Over the next week we’ll be testing an app that teams can use to enter their activities.
Organisers have been impressed with the level of energy amongst participants and encourage everyone to keep up the great work.
A steady flow of photos to the @HealthyHappyWC Facebook page sharing successes and wins along the way which is an awesome way to showcase milestones.
Activities
There are plenty of activities organised including tai chi in the park, pilates, walking groups so take advantage of these activities or start your own.
Please note new dates for free yoga at CentrePoint will be Sunday October 1, November 5 and November 12 from 10:30-11:30am.
Blayney Tennis Club is organising a Round Robin tournament on a Monday or Tuesday evening and a Wednesday evening ladies comp from early October.
