Under the stewardship of dietician and fitness guru Bec Kurtz, the Lyndhurst Movers and Shakers are leading the charge with the teams challenge, raking up an amazing 230 points in the first week.

‘Once were Fatties’ are running a close second as are ‘We’re not gonna bake it’ who have really packed on the points, not the pounds, in the second week.

In the individual tally Sarah McClelland is pacing hard and fast to lead the charge in that section.

Earn Points at the Farmer’s Market

As you know, eating well and enjoying the great outdoors that Blayney has to offer is what the HHWC is all about.

Nothing exemplifies that more than the Blayney Farmer’s Market.

One of the stalls at the markets will be displaying the HHWC logo and all you need to do is find the logo and your team will score the maximum 50 points for the Sunday.

There will be one of our members there to log your visit and it doesn’t have to be the entire team either, just one is enough to get you the day’s points.

The markets start at 8.30am and run to 12.30pm this Sunday in Carrington Park.

Win a watch at Bernardi’s

Every week Bernardi’s Marketplace are giving away an Echo Fitness Watch to the person who submits a photo of the selected healthy meal for the week.

Sally Ryan won the first watch with a delicious image of the Coconut Poached Chicken with Quinoa that was featured during the week.

This week we have another chicken dish and this is simple, simple, simple.

We all love crispy chicken skin and this one packs a yummy citrus tang to it as well.

Grab the recipe and all the ingredients from Bernardi’s, just near the checkout.

To enter all you need to do is firstly make sure you like Bernardi’s Blayney on Facebook. Then take a pic of your plate of food and post it either on the Bernardi’s page or the HHWC page. We will make sure that either way that Bernardi’s will be able to pick the winner.
