The conference will focus on the next 12 months for volunteers in the zone, planning for the next bushfire season and beyond.
Set down for June 8, RFS volunteers will hear from Mr Abbott about the challenges of volunteering while maintaining a high-profile career.
The conference is only for RFS volunteers and seats are limited.
